So it’s no surprise that I spent a lot of time on www.theknot.com when I was planning our wedding. :)

Well, now they are having a contest for 2007 wedding submissions. The grand prize winner gets a safari trip to Africa and is published in knot magazine. Cool, no? :)

It was really hard narrowing down 7 photos since we have so many great ones…I’m still wishing we could submit just a couple more so I could really show the story of our day….

The cure-all.

I had done this on the referral from a friend previously a different time I was sick…and another friend suggested it yesterday. It worked! I’m feeling SOOO much better today. Like, 80% back to my normal self.

Simply slather Vicks Vapor Rub on the bottom of your feet nice and thick, put some socks on, and go to bed! In the morning you should  feel much better. Crazy trick, but it works! :)

Little bit of snow flurries this morning but now the sun is out…Not warm, but it’s the sun none-theless. I’m not the only ones happy to see it shining today…

Yes I’m feeling yucky…since last Friday I have felt some sort of illness coming on…

Thank you to TN for bringing on 5+ sinus infections a year since I moved here…didn’t even know what those were before living in the allergy bowl of the US…

Too good not to share – a true Valentine’s Day love story.

I’m a lucky girl….our first Valentine’s day and my new hubby did it up! (He did tell me it was all downhill from here, but somehow I don’t think that’s his style…) ;)

First some roses delivered yesterday at work…

Then breakfast this morning…(and he even wore the hearts apron my mom sent to me!) Ha!

Then some yummy perfume I have been wanting for months…

And some chocolate covered strawberries delivered at work today…but I wasn’t there, I was working from home…so I guess the yummy-ness and holiday will carry over to tomorrow! ;)

Which above is what it looks like when I’m working from home…nice and quiet with a cup of coffee! That’s how I get things done!

And now that Valentine’s day is over…it’s on to the attic for the Easter stuff! Yes folks, my Mom passed me down with this trait…house must be decorated for just about every major holiday…but here’s a few glimpses at the hearts before the go back in their boxes… :)

(it snowed here yesterday!!! a whole DUSTING!) yay…now it’s gone…

We are off to sushi and a movie with another couple friend tonight!
