This weekend my husband and I are headed out on a long-overdue vacation for just the two of us. It’s part fun + part research trip. I’m a Sandals Certified Specialist and love helping my clients book honeymoon and anniversary trips to Sandals and Beaches resorts. It’s so much easier to make first-hand recommendations when I’ve experienced a resort for myself.
Last April the two of us headed to Sandals Negril, Jamaica. We loved it’s easy-going, casual vibe.
Now we’re headed to Sandals Emerald Bay in Great Exhuma, Bahamas. It is an outlying island in the Bahamas and the total opposite of the more popular Nassau, Bahamas. The Emerald Bay resort was voted “Caribbean’s Leading Luxury All-Inclusive” and we can’t wait to see and experience it for ourselves.
Looks amazing, doesn’t it? Feel free to contact me at any time if you are interested in any of the Sandals, Beaches or Grand Pineapple resorts. With that, I have some great news about a new site I’m launching in early May….
I’m excited to introduce to you Sunshine & Sandals, which will be a blogsite that will highlight the entire portfolio of Sandals resorts properties and all the fun things that go along with Caribbean paradise. I’ll be sharing some of my favorite Sandals places I’ve traveled to, trip reviews and experiences from former clients, and information about me assisting you with booking your own well deserved vacation whether it be honeymoon, anniversary trip or family beach vacation. Not to mention a sprinkle of destination wedding and honeymoon planning, alongside beach fashion and packing tips. Just in time for summer, right?
I designed the below logo and I have to say I AM IN LOVE WITH THE WATERCOLOR BACKGROUND I DREAMED UP. :)
Even more fun, if you’re interested in seeing what goes on behind the scenes in development of a new logo and site, you can get an idea of the inspiration I collected on my Pinterest Board: Project Beach that really evokes the style, feel and design inspiration that when into it all.
Speaking of sunshine and sandals….I have some GREAT news to many of you who have been getting down to the wire of the Early Bird Registration for AH Inspired: Tampa. I didn’t realize our vacation was going to coincide with the early bird rate ending and there is always an influx of people who love to wait until the very last day to register. I don’t want to worry anyone while I’m away, so I’m going to extend the Early Bird Rate until Monday, April 30th!
That will be almost a full week extra to make whatever plans you need to (with work, home, family, everything!) so you can make sure you are with us down in Tampa! I will reply to registrations on Friday, April 27 and will confirm seats in the order they are received up until we are sold out. (So if you do in fact know you want a seat, don’t wait until April 30th to register). It’s going to be two days of solid actionable business building directly related to your creative business. We are so thrilled to meet and engage with every one of you!
(The AH Inspired website will be updated by tomorrow with the new deadline).
