With baby girl taking up much of my time and attention lately, I have been trying to find ways to simplify my life so I can spend as much time with her as possible. One of the easiest ways to do so is simplifying my morning routine. I have always loved smoothies, and creating them for a fast, healthy, and easy-to-manage breakfast is the perfect combination of eating well and maintaining balance.
