I have been so inspired by people who run marathons and compete in triathlons…is it crazy for me to consider my big bootie running a half marathon?
I have the "if they can do it, why can’t I?" mentality. However the they is usually those running the full Country Music Marathon, and I have my sight set on just the half. There are so many people at work that are doing it, some friends that are, and even acquaintances at the gym I’m finding are training for the race that is Apr 27.
I’ve never enjoyed running, but now the idea of ataining a goal such is this is quite intriguing. If I’m going to the gym after work I might as well have an end-goal in sight rather than just the generic "trying to lose weight" mantra.
