Let's get your retreat planning business growing!
Spring is in the air and I am here for it! I just spent a day in my garden tilling, planting and preparing the soil for good things to grow. I can't wait to see the beauty that rises up from the dirt!
Much like working in my garden, I am knee-deep in planning for Inspired Retreat happening April 21st-24th. I'm building my mood board for each evening...linen color schemes, tablescapes, menus, place cards and more.
Isn't that the fun part of the planning?
Of course, making sure the content at this event is top-shelf also lights me up.
I want attendees to walk away feeling refreshed and ready to take off in the next phase of their business.
You see, I dreamed of hosting events like this and I've learned so much in the 10+ years I've done it.
Do you have the same dream?
If so, join me for Mastering Retreats. It's a FREE 3-part workshop on my signature strategies to show you how to design, plan and book out your own retreat.

In the meantime, read on for helpful tips and resources to use during this season of retreats!
Retreat Spotlight
Let's celebrate our fellow retreat planner, Karen Wenner Cooper! She's hosted the Empowering Women in Real Estate Conference for the last three years and it keeps getting bigger and better!
"While events and retreats are not new to us, one of this size and scale was.
We learned so much from Invite + Delight that was applied.
We received many, many compliments on how beautiful and special all the little details were, and how well organized and run our event was."
Helpful Insider Expert Tip: Send a Packing List to Attendees
Creating a packing list for your retreat can help bring peace of mind to your attendees.
Think through what the activities are for each day and what the suggested clothing or items that would be a good fit to pack. You can also include details of what the lodging already provides to free up space in attendees' luggage.
As an extra step, I am a big fan of having color coordinated attendees! I provide color schemes for each of the special meals. It makes the photography of the event and details that much more special. Time and again our attendees share how getting color schemes ahead of time makes it really easy for them to shop and plan.
