Welcome back to The Bloom and Grow Show!
After a bit of a hiatus, I'm so excited to reconnect with you. Life has been full of unexpected turns, and I’m sharing some personal reflections on how I got through the past few months.
In this episode, I open up about a season of loss, illness, and the importance of allowing yourself to rest and reset. You'll hear about the challenges of caring for loved ones, dealing with unexpected health issues, and how these experiences led me to reevaluate how I approach both my business and personal life.
Another big shift this year was how I'm planning my business. For the first time, I decided to plan only through June to create more space for creativity and new opportunities. This decision feels incredibly freeing, and I’m sharing how it’s been such a gift in allowing more flexibility and room for growth.
One exciting new venture I’ve embraced is starting a Substack called Sweet Life Letters, where I’m sharing more personal stories, reflections, and creative writing—outside of the usual business focus. This new outlet has been a joy, and I’m thrilled to be able to share it with you.
Then there's my word of the year, Golden, and my spring word Open - two themes guiding me this season.
These words are helping me stay aligned with my goals and embrace new opportunities as we move through the season of renewal and growth.
You’ll also get a sneak peek at what’s coming up on the podcast: more stories, retreat magic, and powerful conversations with inspiring women.
I can’t wait to share it all with you.
Don’t forget, I have a special masterclass on retreat planning happening April 16th. Perfect for anyone looking to create their own transformational experiences. You can find all the details at amberhousley.com/retreatclass.
