Celebrate the Sweet Life Sisterhood with me!

February is one of my favorite times of the year - the season to celebrate my love for the Sweet Life!

This year, I’m especially excited to throw some love on my community, my people. 

Let me tell you, this isn’t just your average group of women entrepreneurs.

This community I so dearly love is doing extraordinary things; doing life differently and thriving! It’s a SISTERHOOD who’s ditched the rat race of competing against each other. Instead, we are brilliant women linking arms to encourage each other, support each other and celebrate all the growth each one of us is making. 

I haven’t always had this type of community in my life.

Over 12 years ago when I was working as a marketing exec with a side hustle creating invitations, planning weddings and wrangling a couple of kids, I was walking this road alone. I was missing out on having people to celebrate with me, to commiserate with, to cheer on and to connect with. 

Does this sound familiar? Have you had an “ah-ha” moment where you realized you needed other like-minded women entrepreneurs around you?

I have, and I knew I couldn’t continue the journey alone. So I decided to create in-person ways for women entrepreneurs to come together, to learn, grow and cheer each other on. What started as Inspired Retreat became a community of women I now call the Sweet Life Sisterhood. 

We are 11 years into building this official community and I love taking a week each year to intentionally celebrate us!

February 12th-16th is the official Sweet Life Sisterhood Week for 2024 and I can’t wait to share all about what it means to be a Sweet Life Sister. 

Each day I’ll spotlight a member of our community and share how she’s living into the Sweet Life Manifesto.

I want to give the women in our community the sunshine they deserve so I’ll be highlighting some of our shining sisters during Sweet Life Sisterhood Week. I can't wait for you to meet them! To kick off this special week, I'm sharing two of our Sweet Life Sisters today.

In our Sisterhood, we are all seeking to flourish in business and life. One woman who stands out as a shining star, continuously finding ways to thrive as a business owner, is Jamie Young of Real Results for Life.
