I’ve just come back from my very own spring break in Islamorada, FL. I have to say, we should all take a sunny vacation in early February! South Florida was a perfect cure from the gray snow days we’ve recently had in Nashville.
While there, I found myself waking up from the slumber of the winter, stretching my arms and looking for all the signs of early spring.

As the natural world begins to rise from winter and come alive, so do we.
It’s a time where we can release all the things that no longer serve us. We have permission to move forward, forgive, let go of the past, and clear the path for more openness in our life
