It's been two years since I started my signature membership program: The Blooming Business Inner Circle. In that time I've learned so much!
In this episode, I'm sharing the microphone with our special guest and Inner Circle Client Concierge, Jordan Boss. We'll discuss the ins and outs of our all-inclusive business mastermind. We'll also share some insight if you've ever thought about creating your own membership or group program experience.
To date, over 300+ women have been part of this program. We focus on proven frameworks alongside smart and simplified marketing strategies. We've created a community full of brilliant women ready to grow and scale their businesses.
Through our monthly happy mail known as "Growing Guide" workbooks, surprise party favors, and live in-person events, my team and I are constantly pouring ourselves into this mastermind experience. This Sisterhood is becoming all that I had envisioned and more!
Two years later, our mission of providing our sisters with success roadmap is still at the front of our minds. It all comes from constant experimentation. We've made it a focus to create seamless systems, include physical components for a better experience, and ask our members what we can improve on.
Like everything else in life, building a successful mastermind takes time. Over time, I've learned what my strengths and weaknesses are in delivering a dynamic program such as this and finding support where I need. This in turn has allowed me to thrive when teaching and coaching my clients in this program.
