This week, I’ve been thinking a lot about how Spring is this season where we feel the push to GO and DO #alltheNEWthings in our business.
Many of my client coaching calls shared these same sentiments. It seems as if Spring is in the air AND in our business to-do lists!
As growing businesses we love to achieve goals and mark things complete, but sometimes our time is better served on doing a little spring cleaning of what we have existing. Or, by working on activities that can bring more awareness to the great things we already have to offer!
To work intentionally against the shiny new project behavior, let’s use the rest of this month to refresh in smaller ways that can make a bigger impact rather than starting something new.
Things to consider this upcoming week:
- Instead of adding more to your marketing and business plans, how can you refine and refresh what you already have existing?
- How can you make (a product, service, opt-in, process) you already have better instead of starting something new?
- When was the last time you audited your existing plans, processes, and marketing? Clean up what you find!
- The next time you get the itch to create something new, ask yourself: “how does this help the big picture?” “Is there a resource I already have that can be improved?”
Happy Healthy April, Week 2 Reflections
My 30-day healthy eating challenge (#HealthyHappyApril, if you want to join me on Facebook!) continues!
I’m waking with more energy than ever before and I’ve been using the Calm app for a morning meditation. Happy & Healthy is more than detoxing my body, it’s also getting my heart and soul feeling happy and healthy, too!
One meal replacement shake that has become a new favorite this week is this tasty Peanut Butter & Jelly inspired recipe:
2 scoops of Vanilla Protein
1 scoop of Fiber Boost
8-10oz. of unsweetened Almond milk
Handful of spinach leaves
1/2 c frozen berries
1-2 Tbsp powdered peanut butter
Blend and enjoy! (You can find my favorite vanilla protein and fiber boost over here.)
Spring is finally coming!
I’ve been having such a blast digging into the weeds of my garden (even if it’s only been 40 degrees outside) to start a new bed expansion project. I’ve been mapping out my seed trays and plotting along the way in my Joyful Garden Planner. You can follow along on my colorful backyard adventures on Instagram: @joyfulgardenplanner.
I’m headed down to sunny Pensacola, Florida this week to speak on marketing, launching your next product or service, and sales funnels! #allmyfavorites! 🙌✨❤️
I love sharing and teaching in person and can’t wait to meet with this community of women. Follow along on my Instagram Stories for behind the scenes and if YOU want to learn what I’m sharing, you can join me live at Inspired Retreat next month!
