It’s been almost 8 weeks since we gathered together for Bloom + Grow Live, and my heart is still full from the experience!
There’s just something about a room full of female entrepreneurs that really fires me up! We get excited together, grow together and link arms together to support each other on the journey. The magic of those connections and the growth keep me coming back to create more spaces for women to do that.
Believe me, the time is so worth the investment!
But I know it can feel like a huge sacrifice when there are so many demands from the day-to-day work of the business. So if you weren’t able to come to Bloom + Grow Live, here are some of my favorite takeaways from the retreat.
The Brilliant Women
We had the most lovely group of ladies join us. Women from all over the country, with a variety of business backgrounds came together to infuse so much life into the event! From the Welcome Cocktail Hour to our sessions at the farm to the Bloom with a View Party I had the most fun spending time with such a diverse group of new and old friends.
Many of the ladies attended solo and left with a few new business besties and opportunities for collaboration. Witnessing the connections that are created during live events brings me so much joy!
The Charming Venue
Each day we gathered at the Green Door Gourmet Farm and it did not disappoint!
After having hosted the first Bloom + Grow Live here, and then moving to another space, I was so glad to have gone back to my roots at the farm. The weather was beautiful and the venue couldn’t have been a more perfect place to gather, learn and grow with early fall vibes and barns in the background. Each day, afternoon light poured in through the floor to ceiling windows and added a little bit of sparkle to everything, making it feel magical and cozy.
The farm-to-table organic lunch we ate was to die for - beautiful and scrumptious salads and sandwiches kept us coming back for more. And we ended each afternoon with warm chocolate chip cookies!
The New Growth
Watching women gathered around tables in breakout groups, masterminding with other sisters, always excites me - the “ah-ha” moments and the life-long connections they make is what it’s priceless. And being able to share knowledge with them to facilitate growth is my favorite!
We soaked in all the goodness that our keynote speaker, Amber Lilyestrom, brought. And, among the other strategies I taught, I thoroughly enjoyed leading the group on a deep dive into sales funnel strategy and how much I love using FG Funnels as my go-to for building beautiful funnels.
On the second day we handed out our Growing Achievement Awards to six attendees who had a big win or area of growth in their business over the past year. Each winner was celebrated by their fellow Sweet Life Sisterhood sisters and received a darling mini bottle of La Marca Prosseco as their award.🍾
The Extra Delights
After spending the first full day at the farm, we reconnected at the hotel for our Bloom with a View Cocktail Party. Watching the sunset over Nashville with a glass of wine and new friends was the perfect way to end the day.
We wore our favorite cocktail attire, danced to the DJ's tunes and chatted over a delectable charcuterie! The twinkling lights covering the rooftop deck and the floral arrangements in our signature colors helped make the evening even more magical. It was such an extra treat!
Of course I could go on and on about the entire experience. It was a delightful success!
I can honestly say there’s nothing quite like an in-person experience. I’m so convinced of it that I am committed to continue to provide them for you!
