I hope you're delighting in all the fun getting ready for Thanksgiving!
It's such a beautiful time to enjoy the people we love the most and eat lots of delicious food, all while gathered around a gorgeous table scape.
Adding those extra special touches to make a place setting lovely is one of my favorite parts about this season of entertaining. Give me all the gorgeous linens, fresh seasonal flowers and place cards.🌺
You know, the purpose of creating such a stunning environment isn't just for the sake of making it beautiful (although I do love that). What I've found is that it's the extra special touches that make people feel celebrated, that bring guests out of their shells and enable them to connect with others.
And if you've been around here for any length of time, you know I'm all about creating magic for those connections to happen.✨
I get the feeling you love that, too - am I right?
And, the most wonderful thing about adding all the pretty little details is that we can carry this same approach into our retreats to give them the extra sparkle to make our attendees feel extra special.
So as you circle the Thanksgiving table this year, notice all the beauty around you, watch how that builds connections and take note of how you can create that same delight for your retreat attendees.💖
Speaking of creating environments for community to grow, let’s celebrate one of our Invite & Delight program students, the lovely Aly Spencer from Song of the Soul Yoga!
Aly hosted her first event in Breckenridge, CO and it was a wonderful time! Here’s what Aly shared about her first retreat:
“These women were all strangers and quickly let their guards down and became fast friends.”
Helpful Insider Expert Tip: Branded Gifts
Adding branded gifts to your swag bags can make an impact that keep attendees coming back for more. Since event-goers can take home these delightful treats with your logo on them, they are reminded of their experience long after the retreat ends. Ar-en Party Printers is one of my favorite resources for personalized favors, napkins, coasters and other wedding and party accessories.
